Return Policy

At Acampa, we hope our products will last you many years of good adventures. If you need to return a product, please find our return policy and instructions below.

For any exchange or return, you have up to 15 days from the date of receipt of purchase with Acampa. We only accept products purchased at Acampa. All returned products must be received unused, new, with a purchase receipt, all original packaging, tags, and box.   Products that do not meet these requirements will not be returned or exchanged.  

NOTE: THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE: VERTICAL EQUIPMENT, FUELS, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

 

Instructions for returns for purchases made at acampapr.com:

1- Verify that the product you want to return has not been used, has its purchase receipt, original packaging, labels and/or box.

2- Call 787-706-0695 or email [email protected] to let us know which product you want to return and the reason for it. Include a photo of the product. 

3- Depending on the product and our team's response, the product will be returned in the same manner and by the same method it was received via USPS "priority mail" with tracking information and the shipping address.

4- Your refund will be issued within 1-7 days of receipt. Our team will verify that the product meets our requirements. The refund will be issued only to the credit card used to process the purchase. If the product you received does not meet the return requirements, you will be notified. You will not receive your credit, and we will give you the opportunity to choose which option you prefer to return your product.

 

Instructions for returns for purchases made in the store:

From the date of purchase up to 15 days afterward, you can exchange or return your item for an in store credit. To exchange or return an item, you must have a receipt of purchase, the new and unused product, the original label and original packaging from the purchase. Once a return has met our standards, it will be exchanged for an in-store credit equal to the amount paid for the item which is valid for the purchase of any other item in the store. Any unused credit will be stored in an in-store account until used and will not expire. NO CASH OR CARD REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. Special or clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
